SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch all regular orders within 2–3 business days. If any delay occurs, you will be notified via email.

Please inspect your parcel upon arrival. If your order is not as expected, contact us promptly with your order confirmation number.

International shipping is free on orders over $120 USD. Orders below this amount will be charged a flat shipping fee at checkout.

All parcels are shipped from our fulfillment partners in the United States or China, depending on inventory availability. Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days.

US duties and import taxes are included. For other countries or regions, additional customs duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us before your order has been dispatched. Address changes after shipment may incur additional carrier fees.

Delivery estimates exclude weekends, holidays, customs clearance, weather disruptions, and unforeseen courier delays.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unworn items in their original condition and packaging.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

To initiate a return, please contact us for return instructions and the return address. Once your return is received, processing may take 8–13 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

A fee of $60 USD will be charged for unclaimed or refused packages. This fee covers outbound and return shipping costs.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order after it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.
